A two-stage project for the accommodation to house the student inventors for Dyson.

Stage one included the mains water, power, life system and drainage for the infrastructure to pods installed on a purpose-built bund in a horseshoe shape with multiple pods being stacked and served from a central walkway.

External lighting and CCTV were also installed to ensure safe access to the pod entrances, with lights built into staircases and bollards. Supply and installation of mains power, services, water, waste and connections to externally created accommodation pods.

Stage two was the supply and installation of the mechanical and electrical installation to the Communal Building, a social space dedicated to the students living in the accommodation pods.
