The project was to provide controlled ventilation and cooling to the archiving storage areas, as well as other modifications to provide better control of temperature and humidity.

The finished installation allowed full control and monitoring from a new front end managed BMS system.

In addition to the cooling project, the installed ventilation system serving parts of the front ground floor offices and rooms was improved.

The works were completed on a full design and build basis.The installation comprised of Nuaire air handling plant, Daikin chiller units and pipework infrastructure, buffer vessels and Grundfos ERP compliant pump sets.

The premises were occupied throughout and operations were sustained on a 24/7 basis throughout the construction period.
