Project Completion: Richmond College STEM Building
What a project!
The STEM building at Richmond College was recently completed on behalf of our valued client at Beard Construction. The project picked up a very well-deserved 'Winner of the Prompt & Faultless Delivery Award' for the project Manager, Oli Kenworthy and his team.
It was an absolute pleasure to deliver the full mechanical, electrical, and public health services on this extremely smart building. We understand that the College was delighted with the building, and we can see why; it’s a fantastic facility.
We can’t praise Oli and his team at Beard enough for the truly collaborative and positive delivery model throughout the full construction.
Our appointment was based on full design and build. The design was developed and closely coordinated directly with the client from the initial outline brief/budget.

VRF comfort cooling/heating

Boosted cold water
Unvented hot water
Building management control system
